Mercure Centro Port Macquarie

At 2 pm room was not ready. We were wait another half hour . The view from room was to the parking and pool . The hotel is old and needs renovation actually. Probably never back .

Smooth check in, complimentary drink voucher for waiting for the room to be ready.

It was a lovely overnight stay on a road trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequately equipped.

Very competitive price.

Ate in the restaurant and whilst very tasty and well presented we did not feel like the size of the meals were value for money!!! Old type of premises so could do with refurbishing

Had Breakfast on last morning there $32 each buffet poor quality and not much there . There was mould in the shower silicone

The staff was so helpful and friendly.

We arrived at the hotel for check-in, only to be told that no room was available, despite our confirmed reservation. This was incredibly disappointing, as we had made our booking well in advance and expected to have a room upon arrival. Due to this situation, we were unable to stay at the hotel and had to make alternative arrangements. We are extremely unhappy with the lack of service and would like to request a full refund, as we did not stay at the property at all. This experience was a major inconvenience and far below our expectations.

Very comfortable hotel. Enjoyable short stay

Not what I was expecting from Mercure. No view at all. There was what I think were air-con towers outside our room. They gave a constant high-pitched noise with the door closed. No point going onto the balcony. It was just too noisy. And because the door is closed all the time, the room was stuffy. The shower leaked from 3 places so the bathroom floor is wet and rust on the joints. And $10 for parking is rich when they had plenty of parking down there. It's Port Macquarie, not Sydney CBD. Well, sorry the review is long but I hope it helps both the hotel, and prospective travellers to decide..

Staff were very friendly and helpful, undercover parking and quiet. Buffet hot breakfast in the morning was good.

Central to the shopping complex and lits of options for eating out in a walkable distance.

Top location with friendly staff and great facilities.

Great location lovely staff, very helpful, top place to stay, will stay here regularly when in Port Macquarie. Dining top class.
