We stayed here as it was within walking distance of the Glasshouse theatre. A couple of minutes walk to the theatre and a good selection of restaurants. We weren't aware that we had to pay for secure parking though, i object to paying for parking, luckily there was plenty of street parking.

Good location, next to a big shopping mall, also can drive to main street for dinning in 3 min. locked gate car parking is safe. Swimming pool outdoor, not crowd and good at a stop for travelling from GC to sydney.

Great hotel fo stay on way up north. Good onsite restaurant with very helpful staff. Charlotte looked after us very well and meal was delicious. Easy under cover parking and a very comfortable room and bed.
Close to beach and shops. We enjoyed our stay

Good customer service and quiet, safe property which is conveniently located. However, the rooms were below average for a 4 star hotel, in terms of cleanliness, views, and quality of furniture and amenities (which require an upgrade).

At 2 pm room was not ready. We were wait another half hour .
The view from room was to the parking and pool . The hotel is old and needs renovation actually. Probably never back .
