Hotel never informed that on night stay i booked a music festival was on. Room had notice to explain and "complimentary earbuds" to cancel noise but buds didnt totally block noise, went on well after 10pm

The shower did not work properly and it wouldn’t get hot. Given it was the middle of winter a hot shower would have been lovely
