We had an amazing experience at Meriton Suites Broadbeach, thanks to the outstanding service from Bernatte and Jian. As a family of three, traveling with our energetic 5-year-old, we truly appreciated their cheerful and helpful attitude. They made the process of switching to a higher-floor room effortless and stress-free.
What stood out even more was how thoughtful and understanding they were, always sharing empathy and ensuring our needs were met. Their warm and professional approach made our stay incredibly enjoyable, and we are truly grateful for their support.
Highly recommend their hospitality to anyone staying at Meriton Suites Broadbeach!

There are 2 swimming pool, a massage pool and a sauna bar.
We've got 2 bike to ride. The bike is provided by Spinway. They are in very good condition.

我們在這邊住6個晚上，因為飯店只能每3天清潔整理房間，對於有帶小孩，垃圾量較多的家庭比較不那麼好，後來有去前台要求能多清潔一天，前台反應需要加錢。
除此之外，地點很久。房間很大，景色很好。

Bed comfortable, enjoy TV with free movies.

我住的海景套房前面有棟建築物剛好擋在太陽前，導致無法欣賞日出，小小的失望！還有剛入住第一天馬桶就塞住了，似乎不能丟半張衛生紙進入馬桶，附加的垃圾桶也挺小，蠻尷尬的....

The room was clean at the first day I arrived. Staffs are very friendly. Room was really comfortable. Convenient Location:) However, housekeeping need to be improved! They just remake the bed for a four night stay as they have left the note and said they have make us a new bed and i can still find hairs on my bed. Housekeeper didn’t turn off the lights and air-conditioner after they do cleaning
