我們住one room apartment，房間超大，裝潢也很新穎，該有的家電都有，連洗碗機洗劑都有提供。
窗外就看得到雪梨歌劇院，雪梨港景觀盡收眼底。
電梯都沒按鈕，很先進。
24小時開放的健身房設備完善；游泳池和spa池都不錯，可惜不是24小時開放。
另外因為微波爐的位置較低，小孩可輕易啟動，但面板上無法斷電，打給客服不久就有工作人員來幫忙(要從總電源的開關控制)，很有效率。

飯店周邊交通便利，不論坐火車或公車都非常方便，十分鐘左右就可以到town hall。飯店周邊有ALDI跟Coles,買菜便宜又方便，而且很多項目價格都比市區便宜。另外北雪梨車站對面的賣場，裡面還有肉品專賣店跟海鮮專賣店，食材比超市的品質好很多。
飯店的房間很大，設備齊全，但不知為何會有小蚊子飛來飛去，這點不是很好。還有臥室空調稍嫌大聲，除此之外，這次我住了八個晚上，十分滿意，下次再來澳洲也會考慮選擇同一集團的飯店入住。

We've booked 2 bedroom suits - the living and dining room were nice and clean. Size was good enough for 4 people to stay. The bed was comfortable. Its near the railway station (5 mins walk from hotel) - location was good with lots of restaurants/coffee shop in a mall nearby. Just 3-4 stops to central city (Harbour Bridge....) - very convenient. The highlighted was the 270 pano view at high floor - View was very nice - facing the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Recommend for family to stay. Overall : Nice hotel.

Location is very good. 5mins walk from train station. Supermarket, restaurants are nearby.
A neat and clean hotel. Shaving and dental kit are supplied by calling front desk.
It will be perfect if there is a locker for storing personal belonging in gym and swimming pool.
Overall, it is a very relax and comfortable hotel.

Room on the 23rd floor had an amazing harbour view and was close to everything via walking or public transport. Room was very clean and had heaps of space.
No sign at all of good environmental practices though, no recycling, no extra blankets so had to rely heavily on heaters for warmth, but overall very good, felt upmarket

I specifically chose this property because of the car parking. Even though I selected ‘free parking’ in my search options, it wasn’t until check in that I was informed that parking was a considerable extra cost per night. This was an extra expense that was not budgeted for, causing me to locate more affordable parking that was an inconvenient distance from the accommodation.
There were no free street parking options during the weekdays, and limited on weekends.
If this information was made clear at the time of booking, I would have decided not to hire a car. Or I could have chosen a different property that suited my needs.
Mould on grout in the shower, stained carpet in the living room and the balcony tiles were filthy!
Management did not respond to my email complaint.
