Friendly staff

Spacious and clean room. The balcony is definitely a plus. Location is perfect, in a nice quiet area while just a short walk to key tourist areas.

Each room has a bslcony and bathtub which is good.

房間夠大，地理位置方便，但清潔程度有待改善。清潔人員清潔後尚可見到浴室有頭髮，而且沒有補充洗髮精等，要自行到櫃檯拿，房間沒有提供支裝水。

居住環境屬於住宅區、環境安靜，如果有想買些飲料零食需要在車站附近先買好再回飯店，離中央車站步行約20分鐘

房間算大的，干淨，每個工作人員都笑面迎人，感覺好舒服。 由酒店去達令港慢慢走大概要30分鐘，去唐人街大概15分鐘，去悉尼大学大概20分鍾。走路都可以去到景點，基本上都沒坐車，這樣價錢和服務，還蠻推荐的～～

Room is clean. Hotel is near Paddy's market but it's quite quiet nearby. At least 25 mins walk to both Central station and Darling harbour

Close to city centre, 15 mins walk to the Darling Harbour. Breakfast is basic but good environment. Very relaxing!

Room is clean and service is good. Staffs are helpful.Buffet breakfast is nice and worth. Dinner also good and specials offer is available everyday.

Closer to a food place and convenient for transportation. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The couch pillow is stained and dirty. Pillows are uncomfortable too soft. The room smells of urine. Overall okay.

The rooms where very roomy and comfortable

The location was fantastic, the staff members were very kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean. That said, the beds/pillows were pretty uncomfortable—our king bed was two twins combined, which meant that one or both of us ended up on the crack at various points through the night, and the pillows were completely flat. Additionally, the lighting situation wasn't great. Very intense bulbs, and figuring out how to operate the bathroom light without also turning on/off the whole room lighting was unintuitive (maybe that's just a "not from Australia" thing, but I'm certain I'm not the only international guest; a little guidance would've been helpful!). I was also surprised by how loud the hotel was: they're strict about guest noise and hours, which I appreciate, but there was somehow SO MUCH banging in the hallway and upstairs very early and at night. Worth noting for solo travelers, too: there isn't a latch on the room door. A little maintenance in the bathroom, light soundproofing, warmer lighting, plusher pillows, and some basic amenities in the room (drinking glasses, for example) would make a world of difference.

I really enjoyed my stay here while traveling. The hotel is in a quiet part of town. Easy walking to a few nearby restaurants. If you want to explore the city more, you can rent those Lime bikes at the corner. The room was large and very clean. AC worked perfectly. A nice table to do some work. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t try their breakfast but it looked great. I highly recommend walking over to Cornerstone Cafe, they are amazing. The price was excellent considering you are right in the city, it is a great deal. Parking is available but you pay extra. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was noisy

This was my third time at this hotel and this stay was not as good as my other stays. It was really the room itself that was the problem. Just seemed like a room that has been neglected. There was mold in the bathroom and the curtains. The bed was very uncomfortable. You ask for a queen bed and get two singles put together. It’s a good price compared to other hotels in the area and the staff are excellent. It’s a good stay for one night, but I wouldn’t stay there for a long stay

The room was very large, really good value. The breakfast was also great value. Staff were helpful and the location is an easy walk to Central Station but on a quiet street, the best of both worlds. Highly recommended.
