Spotless, well aintained

great customer service and experience

Our cabin was quite nice newly renovated. Booked for 2 adults & 2 children but, no bedding or towels for the children!We could rent bedding $25 each. Pool was great but we had to code in every time which was a real nuisance. Kids had to pay 50c each to play table tennis. No bikes or scooters allowed but you could rent theirs!and we had to bring the TV remote to reception with our key to check out. Just not a nice feel

I had an excellent customer experience, very caring and friendly.

Room was clean, staff were lovely, whole resort was well looked after. Beautiful little community. Had a great stay!

Clean room, good location.

The bed was comfortable, and that is the best I have to say about this experience. I've travelled all around Australia and never had such a stay before. Will make different choices next time for sure.

Great place to stay. Has everything you need onsite. Quick drive to the beach. Great amenities.

Spotless cabin, friendly staff and great facilities for children. The whole park is a little dated, but everything there including the pool and slide, BBQs, gardens etc. is in great condition.

Pool and facilities are awesome

We booked a standard cabin here, mainly for the great location & park facilities, and that didn't disappoint. The cleanliness and surrounding noise however most definitely disappointed. There was a cockroach problem in our cabin, probably due to the very dirty floor under beds & lounge. We had 3 large roaches come from under our beds during the night, after moving the beds a little we saw a lot of dirt, dust, old jewellery & chocolate wrappers. You also have to make your own bed on arrival, I've traveled a lot in my life & have never had to do this, disappointing after a 10hr drive to get there for us. We we're also faced with extremely noisy & rude surrounding cabins that were making noise till 1am most nights, 11pm the others. For a park that says it's strict on rules, Im not sure how they were allowed to continue. I asked to be refunded my last 2 nights but was denied & offered a floor clean & some insect spray instead. While I appreciated this, a refund would have allowed me to find somewhere else cleaner & quieter, have hardly slept at all the last 5 nights. The park facilities & daily activities for kids are great, & if you're camping I'm sure you'll love it. However, the service, cleanliness & lack of guest compliance are not so much to love. I wish I had gone elsewhere.
