We loved the location . Straight across from the beach . Weather wasn’t great and the paperwork said we had Kayo access for the football but no remote for the TV app - messaged the owners and no response until after we left Disappointing I also think if you are booked for four nights there should be enough coffee or tea for one a day for the price . We had two coffee bags and two teabags

We have now stayed at this beautiful property 3 times, and each time it gets better. For us, it is inspiring with the view, plus the beautiful hosts of Sally and John, thank you. Looking forward for our next trip to Mornington peninsula. Obviously staying at Mt Martha Villas again.

Ideal location right on the beach. Only a few minutes drive to Cafes, restaurants and small shopping centre. Easy access to Villa. Pre checkin communication excellent.

Beautiful location, very clean & comfortable room with everything you need. Only down side was there were no shops within walking distance but Ubers were readily available.

A last minute decision to book here was definitely a good one. There was sufficient room in the studio villa for the two of us and was very comfortable. The tile floors were a bit cold but once the heat pump was working this was soon taken care of. Overall a pleasant 2 night stay.

This Property was amazing and suited us to a 'T'. Facilities were great, view awesome, and inspirational to work on our new business. Thanks for an amazing stay, and we will be back for a longer period next time.

We loved our stay. The view is breathtaking and access to the beach so convenient - it made our stay easy and relaxing. Clean and stylish - quiet and green - we highly recommend mt Martha villas for a memorable stay.

Mt Martha Villas is an absolutely beautiful property with stunning views, and beautiful weather for our 2 day stay. We were greeted by our delightful Host, and in one word for this property & Host, GORGEOUS !

This property was redicoulos it stunk of musk there was no window to open and let some fresh air in and the entry door had no screen so you could again leave open and let some fresh air in we had to go buy a candle to try and get rid of the smell as we could not sleep or stay inside too long very disappointing would not stay there again

We stayed in the Eagle room, which was well presented. The host was very welcoming and responsive. Unfortunately, we couldn’t sleep due to a regular banging noise all night. Also, the bedding was very heavy and not suitable for summer. The bed itself was comfortable. The coffee cups were very dirty, which was disappointing. The views from balcony were great. The signage needs to be more obvious. It was very hard to spot and we ended up driving past. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by in Mornington and Mt Martha. The WiFi was terrible and definitely needs boosting etc. Considering the price, we felt that the issues above were disappointing and we probably wouldn’t stay again (unless these issues were fixed).

A beautiful residence with established gardens and in a great location. Very peaceful with great views over the bay.

Lovely villa, convenient location opposite the beach and a short drive to the shops. The room was clean but there were a fair few insects already in the room when we arrived. Would still stay here again.

Fabulous property with gorgeous views. Lovely and bright Villa with great decor. Easy walking into Mt Martha village and restaurants. Lovely and friendly host Sally, very welcoming.

The villas are modern and beautifully furnished for a short stay. Great location being central to the area. My only suggestions would be that you need a table at the right height to eat, and the tile floor gets very cold - take your slippers!

Jim and I spent two nights and three days in this beautiful Villa. Sally was so welcoming and very helpful. The place is extremely clean and Sally has though of everything you need for a home away from home. And the bed.. OMG Super comfortable ☺️ Definitely recommend you try this little gem!!

The location is good. That's the reason I paid so much money for. The building quality is horrible especially in the winter. The balcony door is not properly sealed and there is a big gap.
