五日間宿泊しました。1日だけ、部屋の清掃をしてもらえなかった日がありましたが特に問題なく過ごせました。朝食会場のスタッフの女性が一部人によって態度を変えていた点が気になりました。フロントの方は全員親切に接してくださり心地よかったです。駅から近く立地が良いと思いました。また、チョコレートアワーも楽しめました。朝食以外は問題がなかったので、また使いたいと思いました。

My wife and daughter stayed for the weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday. The hotel was excellent; room, cleanliness, facilities were all without fault.
However, the service they received from all the staff was impressive. Without knowing about the birthday they made a little girl feel special. Allowing them to check in early at no cost and asking if she would like to try the chocolate or ice cream when they collected their suitcases after checking out 3hrs earlier.
Thank you, she was very appreciative and excited to tell me about their wonderful weekend.

入住時剛好遇到下午茶時間，朱古力美味。酒店職員頗友善，check out後在酒店門外候Uber時遇到問題也有主動出來協助。這一次入住的樓層較低和面向大街，晚上交通聲響會較大。另外，酒店房門關上時會產生較大聲響，鄰居關門時會被聲量嚇到。

It is conveniently located near public transport and to the airport. However, it is a bit noisy due to near the railway station and tram stops.it would be preferable if the hotel use double side windows in particular those rooms near the main streets.

Best part was spa. Negative thing was they charged us for minibar which was not used. If I didn't check my credit card account, I wouldn't see the charge.
