Nautica Residences Hillarys（希拉里的纳蒂卡住宅）

It lived up to our expectations, it was exactly like the pictures online. One of the best apartments we've stayed at, with awesome views. Could not fault it. Also, the check in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great views & accommodation. Underground parking was nice to have too!

Located 30 mins from Perth CBD, a spacious room with views. Very clean, and close to Hilary’s marina and harbour

Really enjoyed our stay at Nautica Residences, very comfortable apartment with great facilities, close to all the dining options at Hillary’s harbour and easy access.

Love the closeness of the being by the water and having a beach abd shopping right there. Place was clean and well kept. Quiet and the pool was nice

Great beds and generally clean. Would like to see fans in the bedrooms especially as summer is so hot and there’s only 1 aircon unit for the whole apartment.

Great location. Apartment good and well equipped. Pool area a bit dated but ok. Let down by lack of curtains and aircon in bedrooms. 1 old cheap pedestal fan in each bedroom that you have to unplug lamps to use doesn’t cut it in Perth summer. Bedroom windows all locked and no key.

Only thing I can say I didn’t like was the lighting. The unit at night was too bright from the outside lights.

This was a great holiday. In a self-contained apartment the only down side was that we did not have a kitchen or anything to cook so we had to go out for every meal as there was no room service even from 1 of the local restaurant that would of been really great to have, and would of been good to get fresh towels and sheets each day as we did not have any way to clean them in the room we had.

Perfect position within Hillarys Marina and shopping/dining. Right on the water. Very cean, comfortable, safe, beautiful beaches, lovely apartment.

Restaurants choice was good and shopping all walkable

Property was nice and clean. Plenty within the local area to keep you occupied.

The ensuite was a problem, shower over the bath proved difficult especially with no hand rails so my husband was unable to shower during our stay. People with limited body movements are greatly impaired with this ensuits situation.

Hadn’t stayed in a while, but the rooms have been updated and furnished nicely.

We had a girls week away, it was so comfortable and the view was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.
