All staff interactions from reception in the evening and morning, room service and cleaning staff were professional, friendly and helpful.
Pricing was fair for accommodation and room service. I would stay there again next time needing to stay over in Toowoomba. I travel a lot for my job so I feel I am very qualified to rate motel rooms and I give this nightcap a 9/10.

Convenient as pub next door
Only complaint would be as I was in an interconnecting room it was a bit noisy listening to my neighbours tv till 12pm

I have been staying here quite often lately but I do find it a bit noisy especially early morning
Rooms walls seem to transfer noise between them so get woken up often

Last stayed 20yrs ago. Top spot, but the meals next door suggest staying somewhere else if you wish to walk, not drive ,for a decent feed. Won't be back. Will stay more central with better access to walk able decent feeds.
