大部分所住的澳洲住宿隔音都不好，這間也不例外，而且我們還住了三個晚上，每天晚上樓上不時傳來砰砰的腳步聲，睡覺時間完全被打擾，連早上也是如此，隔音真的需要加強。

I had stayed for 7 nights, their Room Cleansing Service was disappointed at all. (1) They didn't clear up the hair on the floor. (2) They threw my doll on the floor from my bed during doing the bed sheet and didn't put my doll back to the bed, I found my doll on the floor when I back to the hotel room at night. (3) They didn't clear the bathroom seriously, much dust and dirt everywhere in every day. (4) they tuck my clothes under the pillows (serious?). The only good thing in this hotel is the Cafe. Nice coffee, food and staffs.

Room is dusty. Washroom is very small. No lift to 4/F only staircases. Staff are very friendly.

Convenient location with 2 minutes walk to train station. Restaurants and supermarkets just nearby. The hotel was so warm to send email to me informing a ear ring was found in the room after we have checked out.

接持人員親切有礼，房間整潔，安靜。 但TV不能看，隔了幾天才修好，畫面不稳定。 饭店本身也有摩洛哥中东餐厅，但不是全天供应。 来往机場有小巴可预約，每人14元澳币。

酒店職員很友善 但是床單整潔度有待改善，雖然只住了兩晚， 但已被蟲咬了很多 不過如果穿襪睡就應該沒有問題

I went there for one person, the room was quite small, ensuite bathroom was too small couldn't move. Just 20min straight walk to hyde park, and at hyde park you can access to most attractions in the city. The reception lady was vvvvvv nice, but not for the guy in morning. :(

Good location and good service.But the room was a little bit old.The floor is noisy when people walking upstairs or around.It take 5mins walk from the Kings Cross train station.

The location of springfield lodge is really close to train station and main street. So convenient !!! The service is very kindly. Although the room is a little tidy, but there is a comfortable bed. The light of room is too dark to see everything clear.

交通方便，但是飯店隔音不太好

服務人員很不錯，客房也很清潔，離火車站很近，又有超市很方便

房间干净，有免费wifi，住着也舒服。地理位置还行

Room size is too small. Not enough tidy and clean.

我们一家三口预定了一间房，双床的。出发前，我发邮件给酒店，询问床的宽度，得知每张床宽度只有90厘米，遂发邮件给酒店询问三人能否入住，酒店回复说可以入住，但床较小，建议我们换大床，每天加收30澳币。我们于是改为两张大床，酒店同意。谁知道去到酒店，酒店前台说没有收到更改的通知，系统里面没有更改。我说，那我们三人就这么入住吧。前台说，不行，三人不能入住。我出示邮件给他看，他只是瞄了一眼，坚持不行。然后给我们换大床的时候，要求我们多支付175澳币。我问他说不是30X3晚=90澳币吗？他看到我们一家不高兴，改收140澳币。这样的服务真是太糟糕了。
