This was a great property. Self contained, you could cook/prep meals if you didnt want to eat out every night. Rooftop spa was great which also had a BBQ. Location was walking distance to Hastings Street or Noosa Junction which was very convenient. It was also on most bus routes if you wanted to go to Noosaville or Eumundi etc. Very quiet too as it was more catered to couples, not families so there were less children. This suited us as our kids are adults now and we wanted a more relaxed atmosphere.

The staff members were extremely helpful and ready to assist. The amenities were amazing. The pool was large. Our penthouse apartment was well equipped and the patio on the roof top was unbelievable. Our own hot tub, BBQ. loungers, and table and chairs. All very private and comfortable. The view amazing and if you don’t want to walk the bus stop is right there.

While the room was nice there were a number of issues that really detracted from the stay. In fact the place seemed dated and furniture and inclusions were cheap.

The dishwasher did not work and the reception lady was not only rude, unresponsive but sent useless cleaner staff that traipsed mud over the apartment and left puddles of water next to the malfunctioning dishwasher. Made us uncomfortable and tried to spend more time out of the room.
We had planned to cook and eat in as we didn’t have budget to eat out. Instead, as a result of the dirty dishes piled up in the kitchen due to faulty dishwasher spent $$$ eating out.
We would like if not full but partial reimbursement please. Cheers Rubina

Room was great and access to the pool was too. Great spot and easy access to main beach/shops. There was a bar advertised but wasnt there. Cafe only or a few hours and didn’t sell breakfast only coffee and muffins. Overall a nice place to stay

Very poor checking in process. We arrived at 5.15pm to find the hotel locked and no reception staff on duty. The out of hours( joke) instructions were not clear or obvious.

Property was easy to find, well presented and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and the room was fantastic. It was clean, well equipped with everything you could need and the roof top private area with views was AMAZING! The location was great for exploring and there was free secure parking. We could not have been made to feel more welcome.

Nice amenities. Litre details and communication as to when the cafe will be open.
Some load renovations happening above us, with no notice which spoilt the ambience a little.

It was the perfect location for me. My main purpose was to go to National Park everyday, shopping and relaxing by water either the beach or the excellent pool at the resort. I loved the room the only downside was that is noisy at times.

Good location, walkable to Hastings street and Noosaville (50 mins but lovely walk). Room was very noisy, can hear other people, woken up multiple times throughout the night and early morning. Room a bit dated
