This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I have never encountered such a terrible hotel, or perhaps I shouldn't even call it a hotel; it's more like a room in a bar. First of all, there are no hotel staff here. There is no one working at the reception room. If you need anything, you have to go to the bar to find the waiters for assistance. Our room is right above the bar, and it is not soundproof at all. You can clearly hear the music and party noise from the bar, making it impossible to rest. The movement of guests (probably due to opening/closing doors and collisions) constantly shakes our door. When we inquired at the bar late at night, the waiter said they clearly mentioned that the music would stop by 12 AM, but this is not true! We booked through hotxls.com, and the website did not indicate that this was a bar with such noisy music and party sounds. Major hotel agencies and the official hotel website did not mention this either. Even after 12 AM, there were still activities and conversations from the bar staff, preventing us from resting all night. In addition to the noise and the constantly shaking door, the room is very bright even with the lights off. Please see the photos. We left around 6 AM, and the waiters had not started working yet. There was no one to check us out, so we had to leave the room key in the room and leave.

位置很好，就在market别上，走去码头或者逛逛什么都很方便。房内设施很新，很干净。房主也特别热情，有免费wifi，还送了两杯留下bar的饮料。不足就是楼下是个bar，晚上会很吵，睡眠很轻的人谨慎预定。

이래도 되나싶게 좋습니다 특히 1층에 있는 레스토랑 음식이 맛있어요 직원들도 친절하구요 단 음악은 좀 시끄러워요 밤 12시정도까지...

The staff were friendly and helpful and waived the need for a deposit as we had to check out at 3.00 this morning. Clean and spacious room and plenty to do including the Norfolk Hotel's fantastic bar.

Excellent hotel with tremendous welcome & temperature sensitive medication straight to a fridge as check in was hours away, bag storage and taken to room for us while we explored Freo. Welcome drink, excellent WiFi and a really delicious pizza in the restaurant. Well appointed and comfortable room. A great stay!

The room was clean tidy and had everything we needed including a ensuite. Everyone was so nice and helpful, couldn’t have been more happy. The bars were so nice and the food was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay. Would definitely come again

Very helpful staff, especially Summer. Well located and good value for money.

Good budget option in a great location. Room was clean and bed was comfy. If staying on a weekend keep in mind you will hear noise from the street at night. A lot of natural light enters the room too so if you’re not an early riser pack a sleep mask.

レセプションが24hではなかったが、バーのスタッフに伝えると対応してくれ、親切だった。バーの営業中は賑やかなので、それが苦手な人には向いていないかも。

Room was very clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. However there were no curtains and it was way too bright. Also very noisy.
