The apartment is big with everything you need. Good in value and would be greater if a proper duvet (instead of a blanket) is provided.

This is a wonderful apartment. I stay here for 3 nights and do love it very much. Everything look very nice and clean. Big kitchen with all things necessary. Nice furnitures, nice living room and balcony. They has a swimming pool with massage pool but I didn't use it. The front desk is very helpful. They help me to book several tours with discount that I can't get from elsewhere. They also arrange a fixed car parking space. Very good service.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful in any questions or bookings only one issue the oven kept tripping

Great unit. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. Good security with good undercover parking.

Great location, right on the esplanade but still quiet

The rooms have smell and noise. The balcony has a good view.

Nice easy access to airport and town centre

Largely residential apartment block. The room I was given was in very poor condition and not very clean. No flyscreens on the sliding doors or windows so the a/c has to be on to get any air. Poor communication from management/reception about pretty much everything. Note for future customers - don’t return your keys to reception before you get your car out of the car park. Particularly if it is out of hours. I had to wake up a resident to help me get back down to my car.

Good apartment for large family. The rooms were pretty good and clean. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Overall a very good experience staying here. The reception staff also gives discount coupons for cairns attractions like thec rocodile tour etc so make sure to ask for that. One small shortcoming was not having the flexibility to extend the checkout. We requested for checkout to be moved by just one hour but received a stern no and they wanted us to vacate at 10 AM sharp. Keeping that aside it was worth the money.

The apartment was dated and we had to clean the spa bath with the shower over it because it was very dirty before we could use it. Also we could not walk around without shoes as the floor was dirty even though it looked clean.

Apartment was very dated. Mattress was deeply indented on one side so was uncomfortable.

Poor water pressure in bathroom. Could do with rail to assist out of spa bath. Poor cooking pans, need upgrade. Front Door very hard to open. Good laundry facilities. Floors not very clean. Wi fi c unable to connect last 2 days. Kitchen areas need clean. Bed was small but the sheets were so big.

It’s nice clean and quiet. Easy access to esplanade and nice view, close to everything.

I loved the layout of the property. The property requires renovation including the balcony. The paint is terrible.

We were impressed by the apartment set up. Kitchen set up well, generous wardrobes with plenty of hangers. The outlook on to the Esplanade was lovely.

The room was very nice but that's where the good part ends. The reception people are very hard to contact. We had to sit in the car in the rain for 1 hour before we could check in...why do they need a 2 hour lunch? They don't keep the posted hours so we were unable to get pool towels or even enter the pool area...had to wash our bath towels ourselves. Parking was very tight- we were given the wrong spot for our whole stay. I'd recommend somewhere else

Right on the esplanade access, arriving after hours was super easy to get in. No complaints!
