Standard faire, nothing special. The pool is cold and no comfortable lounging chairs. Very disappointed in this area. Also, the staff in the dining room was run off their feet so service was poor.

Bed was uncomfortable and not the five star ⭐️ rating. All the shampoo, conditioner and bath soap were empty which was pretty disappointing for what I paid for. Buffet breakfast was average $35 each what a joke. Service was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again

Nice, modern, upgraded rooms. Spacious, modern colours, great bathroom. Only drawback was that the air-conditioning was soooo cold in the dining room. We were seated right under the airconditioning units and moved ... along with every other couple they tried to sit at the same table.

Convenient to catch an early flight from the international airport. Malls next to the hotel very convenient. Wifi was dropping in the room until I got on the TV casting wifi network.

Over all was very good place to stay.

A lovely hotel for a night stopover. Managed to get the shuttle bus on our arrival. Unfortunately our maxi taxi didn’t arrive for our return trip. Next to a shopping centre and dfo which is lively through the day but quiet at night. Few dinner choices. Room very quiet and the executive suite was quite spacious.

Checkin was simple & easy. Had a concert event that night hotel was super quiet on late return. Was given option of breakfast buffet which we took & food was great, definitely got moneys worth! Will definitely stay here again no dramas at all!

Our stay at Novotel Brisbane airport was good, great location and close to the airport.

Great location in relation to Brisbane International airport. Terrific staff at check in . Shopping mall."Skygate" across the road. What more do you want ! Very clean room.

Facility was very clean and neat personnel were very helpful and take care of our needs and the rooms are out of this world very amazing

Property standard was not worth the nighty rate. Very average. Toilet continually ran. Reported it and it was fixed. Last night it started continually running again

Great location and easy airport access, check in was easy but it was the first time my husband was not able to check in for me, the included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I liked having easy access to shops, food, and grocery and felt safe walking at night. But the room smelled terrible like wet dog and a very large cockroach was flying around in the middle of the night. The bathroom set up was odd and not safe as the tile became so slippery from the shower spray. The room key did not work for the parking exit and worked half the time for the elevator. It was a short stay and we made the best of it but we will try a different hotel next time.
