Room is small but as expected, for our family of 4 of us just stay there for a couple of hours to get some sleep before our early morning flight. We pre-booked a transfer to airport and I told the staff that we will fly to HK via Sydney, but the driver was told by hotel to took us to international airport, and turns out we should be in domestic airport. We finally spent 30 mins more on getting to the right airport. This was a hiccup. Other than that the hotel is good, we didn't get our complimentary breakfast though. There is a big Outlet which is just few steps away and so we enjoyed a bit of shopping before we come back home.

Hotel整體上都不錯，靠近outlet及商場，只嫌房間比想像中少但乾淨，床褥太軟，對於某部份人仕不適合，廁所牆身及燈光都是白色，感覺像在醫院洗澡，價錢稍貴！

This was a very well equipped and clean hotel. It was perfect for a short stay before an early flight.

The welcome we received at check in was really friendly and helpful. The room was probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in and th bed was very comfortable. We got a taxi to and from the hotel with ease also and went for food nearby.

It was fine. There was not very much to do near the hotel. They received a poor score because i scheduled a shuttle to the airport (a service provided by the hotel) and it was booked for the incorrect time, despite the person scheduling it reading back the correct time. When I checked out, there were no more spaces available at the time I needed. I ended up having to call a taxi and pay 4 times more to get to the airport on time. The hotel did not offer any discounts and I specifically had to request they cancel the fee for the incorrect shuttle.

My wife and I stayed overnight between flying in from NZ and going up to the Sunshine Coast. A tidy, modern hotel – close-ish to the airport (not walking distance – but there is a free bus that runs from both International and Domestic airport that takes you almost to the door). I probably wouldn't choose to holiday here – just because of the location – the nearest train station into the CBD is a bus or uber ride away. So, the location relative to the CBD is not great, but is handy to airport without actually being at the airport – but the hotel for what we wanted was fine.

Great venue for a conference

We were expecting to have a very late check and unfortunately I ended up booking for the next day so had to pay again for a room. In future I will find a way to cover this problem.

Convenient for airport but the shuttle to the airport is not free which was a surprise as every other airport hotel I have stayed in has provided this as complimentary.

Nice stay, comfortable, lots of shopping options and restaurants.

Hotel viellot et besoin d’être rénové

The property charged an absolute premium for one night. We arrived and had to unpack our own luggage from the car, find a trolley and take it to our room ourselves. I don't mind doing it but not for $380 for one night. They then had the audacity to charge me, a guest, for parking. I would have gone elsewhere had i known. Absolutely nothing extra, not even s travel toothbrush in the room for $405. Ridiculously overpriced for an average hotel and next to no service. Next time i’ll AirBNB. Never again. Really disappointed.

Great hotel for getting to and from the airport and cruise terminal. Professional service and support from reception staff.

The property being close to shopping eatery options and the wonderful staff will always see me choosing to stay at this Novotel.

We were very happy with the proximity to the airport and transport early in the morning was so easy.

Far from airport. Charge for shuttle

From start to finish the hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff. The room was beautiful and the food in the restaurant was to due for.

Lovely hotel close to airport but bed was rock hard & pillows flat & limp. Be nice to have power points next to the bed for phone charges etc. Emily on front desk was superb & in general the hotel was great. Thank you.
