Convenient location yet not noisy. Overall upkeep of the hotel is good. Bathroom facility a bit basic and not what one would expect for a 4 star hotel.

Lobby and lift need renovation, good room service, clean, comfortable bed, tea coffee mug, sea vie window, breakfast excellent. Need deposite before chkin. Stay 6 nights

This is not Novotel ,because hotel staff all are lyer , they are not friendly and kindly. We booked double bed Room for my wife and me , because We check in later at 9:30 pm, the hotel alreay have not double room ,hotel staff give single room ,but they cheated us that is double room , We request until 12:30 am ,they give us add a extra bed. And this hotel is too Older and dirty , hotel staffy, Their name is Novotel but they are not,

Room we stayed was dated but everything was I. Working order and we only really slept in there. If we were after a resort style stay I wouldn’t recommend as it 100% needs a revamp, looking old bathroom had cracked tiles and smell of mould throughout hotel.

The room could be improved. Had cracks on the wall and when we entered the room had a funny smell. Otherwise, courteous staff.

I’ll start with saying the reception and restaurant staff are so good but they are having to put up with a substandard product.. this isn’t a 4 star hotel It’s dated and run down .. even the “renovated”rooms are still poor .. our initial room I wouldn’t stay in due to the smell and cleanliness of the room .. staff were great and moved us .. the room we moved to was cleaner but not fantastic housekeeping is terrible and really needs to improve attention to detail .. refolding towels that were put out for replacement not the best !!! breakfast was ok but very basic offerings Hotel is also run on mimimal staff as an example bar staff was having to run restaurant also but the staff were amazingly friendly and were always happy to help Close to Mitchell street where the bars and shops are

Good location, hotel a little bit worn but had everything I needed, friendly staff easy check in and out

Front customer service was excellent. The lobby was very quiet and was amazing to look at
