Novotel Melbourne Central

Receptions were very friendly, the room was clean and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The location is convenient too, in the middle of the city, a block behind Melbourne Central train station.

Staff is friendly, amenities are complete, room is clean. Location is walking distance to Melbourne Central (train station and mall) and Queen Victoria Market. Lots of great food nearby.

Strategic location in CBD, friendly staff, spacious room, also they upgraded my room and also gave me early check-in facility, would love to come back and stay in this hotel in the future.

Strategic location, easy walk from the skybus terminal and next to the tram station, bus stop, and so many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. Everything worked well.

Exceptional service from Jessie—went above and beyond! We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to Jessie at the front desk! I had booked two rooms separately through different platforms, so they weren't on the same floor initially. Jessie was incredibly helpful and proactive—she managed to shuffle things around and move us to the same level as soon as a room became available. What impressed us even more was her thoughtfulness: during the first two days while we waited for the rooms to align, she gave us an additional room card so we could easily use the lift to visit each other's floors. Throughout our stay, she was also incredibly patient and cheerful in answering all of our questions. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised by how huge the rooms were—especially the mobility accessible room, which was incredibly spacious! Thank you, Jessie, and the team for making our stay so comfortable and smooth.
