Staff were very friendly and my stay was effortless

Staff and facilities are first class. Centralized location with easy assess to public transport links.

Great location, good gym facilities and room was spacious. All staff were very friendly and attentive, right from my arrival, reception staff, the morning restaurant team, as well as the evening room service staff, you have a great team.

Great room well positioned for the city shopping

It was very clean and the staff are very friendly. Location was close to everything we needed. There should be complimentary water though.

Bathroom is too small. Towels don’t feel nice.

Was a lovely place to stay for myself and my daughter. We did have an issue with the tv making strange noises that we couldn’t watch much free to air stations. Otherwise very safe and secure parking is what we wanted.

Excellent rooms.

This hotel is well maintained, very clean and a really nice smell. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Restaurant food, which was very good, is available all day. The bar was reasonably priced and has a good feel.

Be aware on your rooms location in relation to the lifts. Exceptionally noise all night

Really don't like those split beds especially when they don't have any type of joiner. Really defeats the purpose of getting a king bed and it feels like your just sleeping in a single bed.
