Great staff and good choice at breakfast

Shocking selection and food in cafe, plates where dirty, no staff behind serving area for assistance, shocking coffee, 1 person to clean and serve in cafe. Will not go back or recommend

Large clean and modern room. Helpful staff, solid breakfast. right in the heart of the city.

Checkin was easy, staff were cordial. Toilets were small and complimentary water services in the room could have provided a better experience.

Excellent location nice property

Hotel was neat, tidy and clean and was ideally suited for access to transport and convenient for most attractions in the CBD from Circular Quay to Martin Place.

This is in the CBD, so everything was convenient. Wynyard Station is just outside the hotel, and there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurant options nearby. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. I didn’t see any amenities like a gym or pool, which was fine since I wouldn’t have used them anyway. Highly recommend this property to other travelers seeking quality and convenient accommodations.

Excellent location, nice room and good breakfast. TV didn't work and had to ask 3 or 4 times before it was fixed.

We’re so glad we booked the Novotel for our short stay in Sydney. The automated check-in and.check-out process was easy and quick. The breakfast each morning was wonderful! And every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to answer questions or provide service. It was also in a great location and within walking distance to the cruise terminal. Well definitely stay again!

Check in was easy. Staff was very helpful. Couple of issue with the room that was sorted out the next day.

Easy check in and check out. Room great, comfortable and spacious enough for 3 adults and one child. We had room key issues all weekend. Parking options are next to none. Car park option available had parking spots that were completely inaccessible to a car bigger than a micra. Ended up having to pay $89 a day down the street. Quite a stressful situation when youre not familiar with Sydney in that way.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location.
