Staff were very warm and welcoming! I would definitely come back, the place was nice and clean. Room service was quick & very delicious also very affordable ☺️

Room & service were great, was just REALLY disappointed that not only was the pool not even IN the hotel (which was a selling point for booking) but it was already closed when we checked in. TV in the room was also super small but aside from that, it was a decent stay but WAY overpriced for what it was

The customer service on arrival was terrible no greeting of effort to try give a solution on a request for early check in. A Fijian lady in front counter very poor hospitality skills. I was only helped by an Australian man an hour later doing his best to support me. This was the worst customer service but always stayed here this will be our last

Very happy, TV size could do with an up grade, House keeping hit and miss sometimes we didn’t get all the complimentary items renewed.

I personally, had a traumatising, horrible, unwarranted, without reason, the most utterly disgusting experience ever to be endured by an individual.

Good hotel and area to stay but a bit far from sydney cbd.
