旅店雖然比較舊，但清潔、保養仍然得宜。旅店位置鄰近車站，十分方便。

The suit is very big, very clean and well-equipped. Transportation and shopping are very convenient. But the bathroom is relatively small and has no bathtub. The whole suit is very big but there is no bathtub, which seems very contradictory.

We stayed for 11 nights. Good location. Quiet and good security. The balcony is great and the open kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils. My family enjoy the stay. Surely we shall return.

There is around 5 - 10 minutes working distance from The Central station. The supermarket is nearby and also need to work around 5 - 10 minutes. There is only one week one time for room cleaning. If you did not stay more than one week, there is no room cleaning service during your stay. Overall is good. The staff is nice and help us to call taxi to airport.

物超所值的住宿, 距離中央車站步行只要4分鐘, 附近交通方便, 走到市中心也只要10幾分鐘就到, 房間乾淨整齊, 有廚房和洗衣機和烘乾機很方便, 但沒有無線上網, 晚上的時候透過陽台還可以看到布里斯本的夜景

Location is perfect. Staff are helpful. But the toilet is not clean enough.

good and large room with fine facilities

The location of the apartment is good, it only takes about 5 minutes walk to the Central Station. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. One thing I especially wanted to raise is the lady staff who is very helpful, she was on duty on 2 July night as we arrived late at around 10pm. Originally we have booked a room for 3 adults, but the room only have a double bed, we needed an extra bed. We agreed an extra bed should be added on next day as the housekeeping staff was off at the moment. After a while, the lady staff rang our room's bell and carried a folded bed with her, I felt unbelievable for her enthusiasm in helping us. I think she should be a valuable asset for the hotel.CK

我們到埗時間是晚上1130pm，receiption 已經沒有人辦工，便按照大門前指示打電話，沒有人接聽，只有錄音，留下電話也沒有人覆，打了很多次，差不多一小時，便決定打emergency call 到它們同一集團另一酒店，才得到指示取到room key. Why they dont ask people to ring the emergency number directly？

酒店的位置就在中央车站边上，去市区的商业街非常近。

The rooms are so nice as well as the kitchen. It's near the central station, and the queen street mall. There are a few supermarket near queen street mall, and it's a nice option to buy some fresh food from the supermarket and cook them by yourselves. Everything is nice except the room rate. I would like to recommend this apartment if you don't need to care your budget.
