I stayed at this hotel twice.
The front desk manager was extremely nice and helpful.
He even assisted with a small issue that was not even related to the hotel.
Highly recommend the Oaks Broome Hotel.

Great place to stay in Broome.
Breakfast and dinner are excellent and recommend.
The airport transfer bus was late. However, this is beyond the hotel control and not their fault.
We used a taxi to get to the airport which was convenient.

It was very conveniently situated. Close to bus, supermarket and Town Beach, suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic.

Everything was great except the checkin. I had emailed, called etc days before booking to ensure my friend who arrived from Perth had nothing to pay when she arrived. This do not occur. Very disappointing. Ensured I have been left highly disappointed

Great place to stay in Broome.

Everything in the room was dated, the shower had no door or curtain, water everywhere after shower. The bed linen was much shorter length to the bed ( wrong size bed linen) . The safety deposit BOXES WERE both out of order. The lift to the room was out of order., etc etc etc The hotel should have been rated 3.5 star maximum, not 4.5 star, which was misleading.

The first night, our bed linen was for wrong bed size, much shorter length than the actual size. Bed is JUST ok. Ideally, the bed, etc are due for a new ones. We couldn't have breakfast, breakfast was early for us, finishes at 9am.

Almost all was excellent. Bed was a bit hard, but no ones fault. The TV was essentially useless. Internet ability was not there for streaming of anything. Told to cast my own device to TV, but phone service not great there either. All not that big, but in principle, a real bummer. Restaurant burger was GREAT, and breakfast was excellent as well. All, a great value short of the TV issues.

To arrive and check in is normally a seamless process, however with a couple ahead of us having some difficulties with the process and at least two other staff milling about doing not much at all and with a separate check in desk available, I’m not certain why this other desk wasn’t available to expedite this process.
After waiting 10 mins and with others also waiting behind us to check in, I’m a bit baffled as to why the other staff couldn’t simultaneously process the other guests

Great location, clean, tidy and comfortable. good pool areas.
Staff were great, breakfasts each day was lovely with great variety.
Evening dining was very convenient, great bar facilities, food was reasonable.
Would stay again.

The staff were lovely very helpful. We were upgraded in our accommodation which was great. The pool was lovely. The only thing we would complain about is the gate to get into the property it was out of order our hole stay and our cards didn’t always work

Generally we were very happy with the venue and staff. Dinners was high quality.
Only one issue -Our first breakfast was very unsatisfactory, i needed to ask for black tea as there was none, we waited 5 mins for bacon while our other food cooled, i asked for croissants as thete were none, there was limited seating as most tables were covered with dirty plates.
Not sure the reason for this as it was not the case on following days, but we were tempted not to return after the first instance.
