Very nice hotel with good facilities

The resort is close to most tourist attractions and restaurants in Hunter Valley. The apartment is clean and spacious, overlooking beautiful lakes. The relaxing atmosphere makes me wants to come back for my next holiday,

The plates were not clean properly.However during my stay , the staff have been very friendly.

Great hotel, late checkout was offered which really well for me. Amazing villa with a spa bath, loved the experience as a 1 nighter away

Cypress Resort is comfortable but the room we stayed in was a little run down. There were many cracks in the bathroom. The staff were ok, I would suggest they take the time to look around the resort to see where everything is located. The receptionist wasn’t sure where we could locate a rubbish bin. The instructions in our room were misleading about how to dispose of our rubbish. Another issue I feel would help increase the number of guests (especially senior) is to install a lift so guests don’t have to walk up and down the 20 steps between the two tier club house.

We had booked 1 bedroom premium villa but we upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was a nice surprise. The apartment was very spacious with 2 bathrooms plus a guest toilet downstairs. The complex is huge but the villas are well spread out and quite private but the down side of this means you may have to drive to the restaurant complex for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with a better selection than most hotel buffets. A good stay.

The property was very comfortable and perfectly furnished. Perfect for our needs, will definitely return.

Fantastic value for money. We stayed here for the Hunter Valley Snow Time and it was perfect for a family of four. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

Great welcoming stay

Quiet and private. Comfy bed/pillows, great bathroom. Reception did not return calls. Unless you book the package deals with spa etc you will be placed on the south side of resort with not great views, ok, though not as nice as the north side. Would not stay again, however it was an enjoyable experience all the same.

The breakfast was very basic and quality of food was poor

The location is beautiful, rooms are great, the sitting area near reception is amazing so peaceful and relaxing, the fire place and lounge is gorgeous. Breakfast is fantastic, so much variety. My disappointment was finding hair in my bed and my towel had a hole in it the size of a 50 cent piece which just brought down the classiness of the venue.

Lovely accommodation with a great selection of food at the buffet breakfast. Would definitely come back.

Great spacious apartment with all self contained facilities. Quiet area with lovely surroundings

If you prefer to do your own cooking for what ever reason go for it they have everything you need other than an air fryer , the villas have the added bonus of a bbq , parking great staff fantastic , so quiet i could have slept for days. Yes this was in off peak period
