We had a great stay for the Sunshine Coast Marathon. Felt immediately welcomed by Christine. Would definitely recommend (especially for anyone doing the marathon).

Great place brilliant

This property is SELF rated and is definitely not worth their rating of 4. Outdated and trying to communicate through the property ph number is near impossible. We found unclean soiled towels left wet in the clothes dryer. Left numerous messages on their reception phone to get replacement towels, no answer. Eventually found a mobile number 1 day later

Overlooking the ocean. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to near by shops for groceries.

The property is in a great position - easy walking to beach and convenience shop - no need to move the car.

Room was not clean , was dirty and appeared draws, wardrobe and shelfs in bathroom had not been cleaned for sometime. The bathroom window open mechanism was broken and window had been forced open from outside, i reported to reception but no response to fixing this.

Lovely stay with a great view. Looks as though has been recently renovated as pool area was more modern than photos show. Comfy beds and close to a few restaurants, cafe's and surf club. Only things that let it down slightly was strong drain smells in the lift. The lighting in the bedrooms and bathroom was quite dim and our floors could have done with a better mop. Everything else was fantastic and we will happily stay again.

Great location

Unique was the smell of burnt rubber everytime you hopped in the lift. Other than that the property was great. Will definitely stay there again.

The beds were uncomfortable and we were cold floors very cold.

Great apartment, across the road from the water. Relaxing , but near by to great restaurants.

Our stay was exceptional.

The hotel was opposite the beach with a great surf club near by. The apartments were dated, rusty and dirty, the floors obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a while when I walked bare foot my feet were filthy in seconds. It was a good job I noticed before putting my shoes back on. No room cleaning and we had to clean and take the rubbish out before we left. The apartments are noisy from the main roast all the time and the billboard sign out up the rooms all through the night. I would not recommend a stay here it is no way 8.4 this must be a self applied rating.

The location is great, right across from the beach. The management were good to deal with. The unit itself had problems. The dryer didn't work, a light was out in the bathroom so it we couldn't use the mirror at night for hair and makeup, and the hot tub outside was not hot. The manager said he'd turn up the heat but it was still very luke warm when we tried to use it thereafter. In May when the weather is cool, the hot tub should be "hot" please. The building was very clean but had a foul odor once you got into the life and down in the carpark. Very septic smelling. Secure parking was good and it was quiet, no loud guests. I liked the little kitchen and the big t.v.
