Nobody at reception. Did not receive an emailed entry code. Took a long distance overseas phone call from my cell phone to find out how to enter our room. Room was sold as “ocean view”. The only one who had an ocean view was my car in the parking lot. No ocean view from our windows.

We saw a tiny peak of the ocean through the stairs when we were outside our room. Bit disappointing when the motel is called Ocean Views. Room was clean & tidy. Check in was via text, no personal contact with venue.

The room was clean, very old though, needs updating. Too small for family of 4. Bathroom tiny.
Very noisy, positioned on two roads, so lots of traffic noise even though out of town /shopping area.

View was nice, located on a hill. Couldn’t see the ocean from the ground floor. Parked in front of our unit. Merimbula is a beautiful spot, with lots of walks and beaches. Staff were happy to help.

Motel zonder receptie. We zouden van tevoren een deurcode en kamernummer per SMS ontvangen. Niet dus. Nummer gebeld dat op de deur stond en eindelijk code en kamernummer ontvangen.
Kamer was netjes, maar gedateerd. Was prijs die we betaalden niet waard.

There were no power points near the bed. That is a problem for someone who uses a sleep apnoea machine.
Also the power point where the tv was plugged made some fizzing noises. Didn’t sound safe

Brilliant stay at this hotel. Bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was incredible with the water pressure! Basic amenities but comfortable. Lovely views of the sea from the room. Would definitely stay here again.
