No contact for checking. Keys left on desk at reception. Very untidy & unkept outside. Towels so thin & small. Poor facilities in room, only 1 drinking glass. Doors to balcony rattled so noisy all night and lights outside room on balcony could be turned off. Way Overpriced for the stay

There was no communication at reception. No bath mat or washer.Our bathroom was ambient and water went everywhere.

Very clean basic apartment. For future patrons would like to give you the heads up that reception staff communicate through Google translate as NESB

The shower curtain not long enough. Shower didn't have enough slope to drain away. No sink to wash up in or tea towel not provided. Location was good across from the beach & walking distance to eateries was great.

Very convenient, short walk to shopping strip. Yes, I would use this accommodation again

Clean room, great location, very quiet. A second pillow each would have been welcome.

Paid for a 1 queen bed, not 2 singles pushed together, was a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Poor maintenance, the West facing blind was not able to be adjusted, managed knew about it.

While it doesn't look like much from the outside, inside the room was nice and the bathroom was clean and newish. The only downside is the rooms are up a flight of stairs, so it can be s bit difficult to drag heavy luggage up

Place was very lovely. Staff were very helpful

The day I checked in was 34C and the AC in the room was not working. The manager said the HVAC was still set for heat and a technician would have to come over to reset but he was not available. I was told all rooms were the same but when we asked the other guests their AC was working? No compensation was offered?

I will share information of this property to my friends. Staffs are friendly, room is clean with excellent view.

We stayed 1 night and it was fine The beach is across the main road and nearby places to dine and do some shopping which we didn't do. If I had to stay for a longer term then I would look for more green sournding area in the town. It is more like an apartments building with two floors and a bit uneasy steps which might be difficult for an elderly people. Other then that it was fine for the short term we have stayed.

We had 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with a connecting door. Very nice beds and bathrooms. Unfortunately in one bathroom the window could not be closed and it was super cold (July). Had to use the second bathroom. At check in there was only one staff member who couldn't speak English at all. No staff at check out. The water kettle was dirty. Overall a pleasant stay but could have been better.
