Check in was quick and easy, directions to the apartment were clear. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Only issue was the balcony door was unlocked with no key to lock it - luckily I wasn’t on the ground floor otherwise I would have felt uncomfortable. Great location for the Marvel Stadium and I could walk into the CBD or use the tram which stops right outside.

Clean rooms, rooms need a little maintenance but overall we were happy with them.

Orange stay is a quiet/high quality apartment with perfect location, it located at the side of river but within the free tram zone. Supermarket and some small café are within 5 mins walk.
Apartment is newly furnished and clean, decoration & furniture is modern, rooms are big, home appliance, bed, wifi are good. Staff are helpful and nice (but should arrange check in time within office hour as this is an apartment, not a hotel). Definitely will pick this apartment again.
The only improvement there is no air conditioner in the second room, hope it can install one in the coming future.

Orange stay is a quiet/high quality apartment with perfect location, it located at the side of river but within the free tram zone. Supermarket and some small café are within 5 mins walk.
Apartment is newly furnished and clean, decoration & furniture is modern, rooms are big, home appliance, bed, wifi are good. Staff are helpful and nice (but should arrange check in time within office hour as this is an apartment, not a hotel). Definitely will pick this apartment again.
The only improvement there is no air conditioner in the second room, hope it can install one in the coming future.

我喜歡偏離市區的寂靜，門口有免費電車可以搭去市區非常方便，只是辦理住宿時間要在晚上六點以前，根本來不及，必須另外支付AUD50~100費用

Pro: Room is very modern, clean, big and nice. 1 mins walk to free tram, very convenient. One supermarket nearby with 5 mins short walk. Nice and warm indoor pool. View is very nice. Will consider it again when visiting Melbourne in the future.
Cons: There was no remote for the air conditioner when we arrived. Host forgot to give us a replaced one until we asked it again when we back home. No house clean or towel change for 4 days stay.

Apartment was very dusty and we have allergies, paperthin blanket on beds was very cold when sleeping, the fridge made a constant sound coming from it which was quite frustrating and milk in fridge was expired in july. Went and used the pool facility and along the tiles on the waterline the tiles had mould on them. Very tight and squashy car park.
Worst part was the Apartment had a bad smell had to open all doors and windows and whole building complex had a very strong odour/small throughout very displeasing

The apartment was clean bur cold. You have to switch on the air conditioning than it is getting warm very fast. One bedroom with an air conditioning one has none. The beds are ok. A plus was the second bathroom.
The location is perfect and close to public transportation.
Wifi was working perfectly.

Apartment is right next to tram stop, great location and easy to travel to the CBD without driving.
