I have stayed here twice. Each time has been great. The one downside is there is not a restaurant but you are close to takeaway food highly recommend the outback hotell

We have stayed here a few times in the past seven years, always relaxing. An excellent place to recharge.

No coffee shop or restaurant as advertised. Internet was very poor and had to ask for water, sugar and complete housekeeping service ( stayed 4 days)

Very comfortable. Friendly Managers. Pity the sink was outside the bathroom. Great after-hours arrival service.

The couple running the place were friendly and very accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Perfect for the family and pet friendly.

I liked the property. it was clean and very well located.

The complimentary water and milk was very much appreciated. The shower curtain was too light and grabby - try a heavier material perhaps - this would also prevent so much water on the floor. The staff were super helpful and friendly, made everything easy. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Outback Motel was convenient - value for money was average and determined by a MINE conference. For a motel with a microwave it was very inconvenient only having a disposable cup available and short of travelling my own crockery this would be a reason why I would hesitate to book this accommodation again

Easy stay

I'd originally booked a stay at another motel locally, after not being impressed driving into the other motel, i stepped one foot in my room and said 'nope' and left, i then booked a night at the lovely Outback Motel Mt Isa, and was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, quiet, safe, and the staff were all very friendly. The next day i had my car booked in for a service at Ford down the road, and even though id checked out, the staff let me and my dogs stay in the lounge area of the motel for a few hours while we waited for my car. Definitely recommend!

Nice, spacious room to stay in. And a great meal of pizza vegetarian lasagna available on site. . . . the menu was varied, not limited to Italian🙂

Just a little gem of a property in Mt Isa… rooms are spacious & sparkling clean.. Bottled water, tea, coffee, milk generously stocked in room… Food in the restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced..

Property although not new it was large and in good condition and clean. We found the bed way too soft though for us as you sink right into it. The shower was excellent.

Staff were very friendly and rooms were nicely done. Large dryer was heating up but didn't seem to be spinning after i'd already paid the $3. I'm confident the managers will fix as soon as they're aware though, because they seem so eager to be providing a quality service. Great stay, albeit brief.
