we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, there were cockroaches in our room two nights out of the five days, bed was uncomfortable and air con control is difficult to maintain a good temperture.

房間寬敞，設計獨特，裝修美觀，員工服務熱情和有效率。酒店附近食肆選擇多，地點雖不在市中心，但附近環境優美，入市坐的士只需澳幣十多元，且鄰近高速公路入口，去機場比較快捷。

子供が遊べる室内プールがあるこちらに3泊しましたが、結果、大満足でした。 シドニーは3回目で、敢えて都心から少し離れた環境を選びましたが、結果的には満足しました。サーキュラーキーまでは植物園を通って徒歩15分程度で行けますし、天気がよければ気持ちの良い時間なので良い散歩の時間になるはずです。最寄駅はKINGS CROSSだと思いますが、徒歩7、8分ほどはかかると思いますので、電車やトラムを移動手段と考えている方には向きません。 Uberで移動と割り切っている方には便利な場所です。 お部屋は都心のホテルよりも広々としていましたし、宿泊した部屋にはバスタブもあり良かったです。 ホテルの規模は大きくありませんので、朝食は最低限のブュッフェで余りバラエティはありませんので、この点は予め理解をしておいた方が良いです。 木星埠頭を再開発し、ホテルもテナントの一つという形で入っており、4、5軒のレストランの他、スモールオフィス、レジデンスが入っています。レストランはホテルのレストランではないですが、私達が行ったイタリアン、中華はともにレベルが高くお勧めです。観光客ではなく、地元の人が特別な日に来ている感じで、週末は予約しないと入らないくらいのお店なので、気になる方は事前に予約して見てください。 室内プールもホテル宿泊者だけではなく、レジデンスの方も使えるようですが、私達の他に1、2組だけで混雑することはなく、満喫できました。 最初のシドニーで泊まる場所としては適さないかもしれませんが、2回目以降なら趣の違った時間を楽しめる環境だと思います。

We recently stayed in a Double Double room at Ovolo Woolloomooloo and had a mixed experience. The room itself is that’s lounging on the daybed or using the dining table. The bathroom was a great size with a very cool design, but the lighting left much to be desired. It’s definitely not where you’d want to be doing your makeup, and in fact, the general lighting in the room could use an upgrade or more fixtures overall. On the plus side, there is a full-length mirror, which is surprisingly rare in many hotels and very much appreciated. The beds and pillows, however, were not particularly comfortable, which was a little disappointing. The view from our room was nice, and I loved the shutters and door that allowed fresh air in, but being on the road end of the building was less ideal. If you stay, I’d recommend requesting a room further down the building for a more pleasant outlook. As a smaller hotel, room service ends at 10pm. Unfortunately, we came back after an event to find no food available. While Uber Eats filled the gap, it would be great if Ovolo offered even a limited late-night menu. The staff were consistently polite and made both check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Breakfast had a solid variety of hot and cold foods, pastries, and the option to order extras directly, which was a nice touch. My biggest frustration of the stay was the valet parking. The hotel was beautiful, but the common areas were open to the outside and cold. Lovely room, but the water pressure in the shower was very low. No free upgrade was offered. I was told one free bottle of wine per night with my VIP status. But I was given one cheap bottle of wine the first night and that was it - the wine was of such poor quality we did not ask for more. The staff was friendly and professional.

This is NOT a five star hotel. Stayed in both their highest end room, Ultraroo and loft. The furniture is so stained that I would not sit on it. The rugs are also stained in the floor, head, dust, bunnies, and trash that I wouldn’t walk on it barefoot. There was a used fork on the counter, and the counter and desk were sticky. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was good, but never changed. This place is overpriced for the accommodations. Furniture and rugs need updating and the cleaning crew needs retraining.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, facilities were great. The self wash laundry service was really useful to us.

There is no valet for valet parking. They are badly understaffed. The rooms have issues - the bathroom door doesn't shut, the taps are leaking, etc... this place used to be great but now it's a mess.
