We booked 3 months in advance and received the bottom floor unit - when other people in our party booked a momth later and received higher floor rooms.
It seems they book from the bottom floor upwards....

The wifi did not work for our entire stay - we tried multiple times to talk to the front desk and were told it would be fixed, but nothing was resolved and no communication or updates.
We were then told we would get a call from the General Manager after we checked out but did not receive a call.
We are international travellers so not having wifi or internet was extremely inconvenient.

Great location..
Advertised as 2 bed 2 bath one bed and bathroom locked .. 🔒 😴 it's nit that we wanted to use it it's the ambience of the space and light etc that's why we chose a 2 bedroom apartment..
