Everything was at our finger tips , excellent property very clean , nothing was a hassle .

It is not a very kid friendly place, an older fella that lives there (I’m assuming) came out and told us to be quiet while we were at the pool and it was on a Friday evening at not even 7:30pm! Kids will be kids, I understand the annoyance but I would say coming out just as it was getting dark to tell us to quiet down was a bit much! … Other than that it’s a good location, good customer service, and the walking distance is perfect for food and shopping.

Great. Check in although not communicated properly was brilliant after hours and team was super nice. Great place looking forward to next year.

Beautifully updated apartment, very clean. Resort excellent location to beach, shopping and dining.

The room looked tired. No blinds in kitchen which meant no privacy and lets in too much heat. Also adjoining buildings can see through to your bathroom. Could have been cleaner

Would stay here again. Great central location, spacious room with balcony and kitchenette. Clean and tidy and modern. Very close to tram station. Excellent.

This place so soo good. Modern, lovely ambience , Comfortable, spacious with everything we needed. A wonderful kitchen well supplied, better than most .

The apartment was lovely and close to everything. Nice rooms, lovely pool and hot tub, handy laundry in suite. The sliding glass dores to the terrace could use a bit of fixing up but otherwise it was wonderful.

We had such a pleasant stay in the modern one bedroom apartment. We were greeted by a warm / friendly reception and our balcony overlooking the beach was a bonus. Can’t get much better than that.

Across the road from the beach. In the heart of the restaurant precinct. Room was clean and renovated.

I feel the Pacific Resort Broadbeach did not deserve the 8.8 rating compare to other resort style amemities in the area. Reception for instance open 9am to 4pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 12 noon at weekends. We had arranged for our mid stay service to happen on the Monday but did happen. On Tuesday when it was done we were left without towels and other toiletries. We had no problem with the location, close to beaches, shopping and eateries. There is a lot of construction work being carried out on the Gold Coast, and the tramway extension causes delays in travel

Just a good place to stay. Good location, easy to get to the beach. Would stay there again without hestitation

Great location. Directly opposite the beach. 1 bedroom unit was clean , everything you needed was in the unit. Well stocked kitchen. Great pool. Easy parking

It was lovely places to staying with great views. Definitely will book here again when we come back to Gold Coast.
