Good facilities for activities, but the price is much higher than hotels out of Hamilton Island.

由落機的機場接送到櫃台check-in, 全程職員跟進，行李有人打點，check-in 後有哥爾夫球車送你到獨立小屋門前，超服務貼心。 小屋環境清幽，雖然下面便是主街，但有種遠離煩囂的感覺。 島上住宿一般是早上10:00 退房，自助早餐也是早上10:30 完結，正當我們苦惱，究竟先要退房還是先吃早餐，（因為退房和訂了自助早餐的餐廳有一段距離呢）於是打到前台一問，能不能吃完早餐才回房間拿行李再退房，意想不到的服務要出現，職員說:即管去享受早餐，行李放在房間，會有專人過來幫你拿行李到大堂，食完早餐後才前往櫃台交還門匙。 那刻有種賓至如歸的感覺，服務一流好貼心 。 PS 記得自備牙膏牙刷^_^

总体还不错，在岛上的位置也非常的便捷。建议最好住两晚，一晚的话非常赶

Was a great holliday. May return in the near future.

Extra large clean room with a comfortable bed. Walking distance to the shuttle bus. Close to the resorts where you can enjoy the activities without the hustle and bustle of the families. Would stay again.

部屋がとても広く清潔で、ゆったりと過ごせました。ホテルとは違い周りを一切気にしなくていいところが良かったです

The buffet was amazing with all the variety of dishes. The bungalow was spacious and in a great location however we were awoken numerous times at night by some Bush Stone-curlews screaming! I was not familiar with these birds that sound like a woman screaming until I heard them. Outside our bungalow we had a nice view of some wallabies and birds. I can’t wait to return to Hamilton Island however I would plan to stay in the Reef hotel where hopefully it would be a bit quieter from the screaming birds:)

It was expensive and the communication was terrible. When we checked in no one gave us any information. We weren’t told about breakfast which was paid for. We weren’t told about the activities available to us. When we were leaving for the airport, I asked an hour before where to wait and sat in the heat for one hour then when everyone started boarding they made us get in the back of the line of about 60 people because where I was waiting was the opposite side of where the group lined up. Then the man who told me where to wait rudely said, “ everyone else figured it out!” loudly in front of everyone which embarrassed me. I was the only one who had asked as I was the only one who sat there for an hour in the heat waiting. For what I paid to stay here I expected better service and communication.

This was our second stay at the Palm Bungalows and again we had an excellent time. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable, with a nice private terrace. The bungalows are very close to the beach and all water sports. Only a 10 minute walk from the marina. Some excellent restaurants and bars on site.

Was a lovely place Unfortunately a typhoon went by a few days earlier and water sports like paddleboard and kayaks were not available

No, bar was closed. Too much construction going on.

Nice and handy location to the beach bars and restaurants.Bungalow was comfortable and we had fresh towels etc each day.

Central location with a number of pools to choose from. Close to beach and walking trails. Great to have access to a 24/7 gym. Would have been handy to know renovations were taking place and the swim up bar closed as a result.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and restaurants available on property. Lots of pools and vast beach to swim in. Free hotel transfers and shuttles available.

Pools were great. We did not have a beach view from our bungalow

Nice resort but lack of restaurant capacity

Installation dans un bungalow à l'écart du complexe hôtelier.. Le bungalow était très propre et fonctionnel avec tout le confort nécessaire ( climatisation, réfrigérateur, salle de bain) hamac à l'extérieur. Le seul point "négatif" c'est qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau froide ou fraîche. L'eau froide était tempérée... Au réveil le matin des wallabies étaient en train de chercher à manger et le soir c'est le ballet des chauves-souris frugivores.. Mon bungalow avait une vue partielle sur la mer.. Si vous réservez au palm bungalow, demandez le bungalow B49..

Good room, nice and clean. House cleaning arrived at 8am which seemed really early and the pool isn’t on site which is a bit of a shame.
