Located near the city center, it is very convenient to get around even without transport. The room is clean and cozy. The view is great too! I highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Melbourne.

I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point of day tours, it was convenient for day tour
The staffs were helpful, I arrived at 8:45,and asked for early check in due to the early flight, with the help of the lobby staffs ,we finally checked in at 10:30
Although not bottle waters provided, There was a water machine at the lobby provided hot and cool water.
The Room was clean and comfortable.
I will choose this hotel next time I come melbourne

I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point of day tours, it was convenient for day tour
The staffs were helpful, I arrived at 8:45,and asked for early check in due to the early flight, with the help of the lobby staffs ,we finally checked in at 10:30
Although not bottle waters provided, There was a water machine at the lobby provided hot and cool water.
The Room was clean and comfortable.
I will choose this hotel next time I come melbourne

The Pan Pacific charges as a 6 star with 2 star service. It relies on the adjoining Convention Centre for occupancy - restaurant closed on Sunday, presumably as there were no conference attendees. The Level 4 lounge is seldom open,understaffed and underserviced. Food of a poor standard generally. The Pan Pacific does not compare to the likes of Sydney's Fullerton, Swiss, Sofitel and ensures that I will never attend the Melbourne Conference Centre again. This is the first accomadation review I've ever contibuted because the Pan Pacific is the worst 4,5,6 star I've ever occupied.
