Nice property. Easy check in. A little farther from CBD than anticipated.

Love the property and the facilities, Therese and Rod were really friendly and kind and we had a great stay!

Always enjoy staying here. Get looked after, clean rooms, great amenities and quiet. Highly recommend

We had mix but overall negative experience. The villa we stayed in was clean and looked great on arrival and I loved the pool. However, the fridge wasn't working, luckily they were able to replace this on day one, but we had a list of other issues. Couch felt damp and had a musky smell, one of the burners on the gas stove kept flaming out, meaning you could only us one burner at a time. Most of the pots and pans were dirty and the non stick badly scratched. One set of partly melted plastic tongs to cook with. Washing machine had stale water in the bottom and took forever to fill, I pored kettles of water to speed this up, no bucket even though mops supplied. We did get replacement pots, but due to check out the next day, we didn't get to use them. For what was rated at 4 stars, the maintenance was a real letdown.

Awesome hotel locales just out of Port Douglas However has awesome facilities and friendly staff

Aesthetics

Comfortable bedding, liked that it was self contained with washing machine and kitchen containing Nespresso machine. Was able to get a Woolworths food delivery to the resort too.

We arrived at about 4.30pm. Disappointingly reception was closed & manned remotely. This was fine for access to rooms but we'd planned to talk to reception staff about trip bookings etc. as per the service offered in various promotional material. The remote service operator wasn't able Otherwise accomodation satisfactory

Staff were very friendly, professional and vip room upgrade was wonderful. Great location

We enjoyed the stay and the foxtel too. The swimming pool was just outside our door and we purchased some salad and steak and used the electric bbq then sat on our veranda eating our dinner.

Property has nice amenities and the place is clean.

While our stay was pleasant, we were disappointed with some of the customer support. We appreciated that the maintenance staff may be short handed but as guests we anticipate friendly & courteous responses. Therese at reception was delightful. Spa voucher was an excellent VIP bonus.

Air-conditioning was difficult to use and filters dirty. TV stopped working. Flickering lights un lounge room, epilepsy inducing. Tennis court full of leaves.

Instalaciones bonitas pero mal mantenidas. El check-in desastroso (la recepción cierra pronto y no nos dejaron la llave por lo que tuvimos que reclamarla telefónicamente). Los compromisos de HOTELS en relación al trato VIP no se cumplieron y nos dieron excusas incoherentes. En definitiva, buenas instalaciones que podrían estar en mejor estado y atención muy deficiente. A tener en cuenta que no hacen la habitación a diario!!!.

This was a beautiful place to stay very relaxing and beautiful facilities

The resort is in good location. very clean and exotic place. The apartment where we were staying bit rundown. However, we then upgraded to Villa which made our stay worth it (Thanks to the friendly staff). Totally recommend Villas to stay at Paradise links.

Nice property for a short stay. Very dated facilities, however nice enough and spacious pool is great for families.

Villa Paradise was exceptional and great for my 2 daughters and their families. Total of 8; including 5 grown teenagers. Plenty of space. Having your own private pool was great and view of golf course was fabulous. Would thoroughly recommend. My husband and I had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Paradise Links resort was certainly a great choice.

Such a relaxing place to stay. The rainforest villa was perfect for our morning coffee and the kids had a ball in the resort pools.
