Nice place to staycation. We can walk around the city, many stores, food shops, nice employee who was welcoming us before entering the reception. He also speaks Bahasa Indonesia very well, he gave us a Sydney city map and explained to us what to do in the short time before we checked in. I recommended tourists to stay here.

This hotel was terrific. Beautiful room, robes in the room, nice swimming pool and hot tub in the wellness center. Staff was super engaged and efficient too. The whole place had a feeling of competence and confidence.

Location is good, just walk around 10 minutes from circular quay train station,as there is an airport train.Room size is comfortable big, checked in on 13:30 they told me room is ready, That is wonderful, I can drop my luggage in room , start my traveling immediately. Happy day!

Superbly located in the heart of Sydney CBD. Walking distance to Sydney Opera House. Light rail & train within 5 minutes walk, so easy access to all places of interest. Very friendly & helpful staff. Room is well-equipped with everything that one needs. Only complaint is there isn't adequate hooks/bars to hang clothes/towels in the otherwise well-equipped toilet. Only 1 bar below the sink to hang towels which resulted in them dragging on the floor & us stepping on them all the time.

For the value of expect more however location was great, staff very accommodating. Rooms may need a freshen up. Gym had good gear in it, could be cramped depending on time of the day. The need to stream off your phone to watch tv is horrible (this seems to be the new standard).

Wonderful hotel in every aspect. Rooms were exceptional. Service from check in to check out was excellent. Great ambience and location. We had drinks and dined in the Fax bar in the lobby. Great cocktails and food. Cannot recommend highly enough!
