The staff were very lovely and friendly. I arrived during a busy time and my room was not 100% finished. Someone was immediately put on my room and it was ready in 15 minutes. Thank you!

No slippers, no toothpaste and no toothbrush. Room free wifi service.....I need to request password in concierge then they printed out for me ( not automatically attached wifi), I am sure not every guest know it.

The location is very good. It locate closely to the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney. I had chosen a triple bed room. It is small, but the price is affordable. It would be much better if there is a sliding door in the showering area, so the floor won't be wet over the bathroom. I would also suggest to add some hooks and shelves in the bathroom.

而且房間細小、塵埃有點厚，通道在打開行李箱後就沾滿了。
有付費行李寄存，每日計算。
離開時，另一服務員還是不錯的。

Very close to town hall, darling harbour, the city and restaurants.
The bathroom was small, especially for 2 women, no vanity, or storage place.
Bed was comfortable. Very well priced considering the locality.

Roof top area really great.
Property also has residential units above motel rooms.
Pool was lovely and awesome views across the city. Cheap abd cheerful.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Sensational spot in the city. The hotel is conveniently smack in the middle of everything and it’s so easy to walk anywhere you want to go. If you’re on a budget, need somewhere to stay close and not worried about all the bells and whistles this place is great.
