Was great easy check up in
Room was very roomy and location well centred with bus stop right out the front to get to CBD
Only thing that can be improved is the hot water as it runs out very quickly even before 2 of us could finish showering. However there is a note advising they are working on upgrading which would make this 5/5

Great little studio with absolutely everything you could need. Easy check in with friendly staff who were ever so helpful and on hand when required. Brilliant location, you can walk everywhere with taxis and bus stops only seconds outside the door. We chose undercover parking which was also super convenient - just a great place all around.

Well equipped if you wanted to stay in and cook.
And having a dishwasher and washing machine was great!
My room was a bit dated but of a reasonable size.
My bathroom would benefit from a cosmetic upgrade but the shower was powerful and the water always hot.

The location worked for us even though it was about a 15-minute Uber ride from downtown... we appreciated not being stuck in the middle of the tourist zones at all time plus we have easier access to places such as Manly Beach and Freshwater Beach. Hotel is older and the old windows let in a bit more road noise that expected even when fully closed, but most of the staff were helpful and we enjoyed having a kitchenette as well as washer/dryer combo machine

Staff did everything to accommodate our stay, out first experience at this sight was so amazing it would be difficult to expect perfection again,overall I'd recommend this hotel but harbour side is alot quieter.
