Great reception assistance. Fantastic location with regards to purchasing food at the supermarket or some local restaurants. Bus service to city outside hotel. Room was big enough for two people, included a washing machine/dryer.

Excellent knowledgeable reception staff, was able to recommend public transport to our desired destination. Parking off street available for fee. Downstairs late-night sports bar open for nightcap. Older property condition.

Good location, very handy washing machine, dryer and kitchen. We booked 3 rooms and asked to be close but they said we had an upgrade which meant one room was on a different floor. The upgraded room was on the same floor as room 2 and it was missing the rollers on the shower door so you couldn't close it. Rooms were clean and tidy, just some dirty cups in one room and the doors need a good paint.
Average to good with fairly reasonable price.

In general, the apartment was in good condition, except for a few problems with the Shower enclosure in the bathroom. A manual available to operate the dryer and wash machine could also be useful.

The inner blanket was old, pilled and had blood on it. The base of the wardrobe was dirty. Grout in bathroom was black with grime. Dirtiest place I have ever stayed, floor in general had brown stains on marble look tiles. I carpet has not been shampooed since it was laid.Shameful Park Regis

Good location and lots of amenities nearby. Free street parking at night was a bonus. Hotel will try to sell your their sheltered parking. Road noise was significant and relentless from 6am till probably 11pm.

garage car park slot is a bit small. although my car is small, as long as there are some big 4 wheel drive there, I can barely walk pass it with the luggage. (From lift to gate 3 car park, the hotel needs to reserve people walk way, those big vehicles actually block the passage totally.)

I found that where to property was it was easy to get around catch a bus to ferry then everything is with in easy acess
Room was basic but was only using it ti sleep in so was adequite

The location was good. I was disappointed that they were unable to supply additional coffee sachets when asked. I was there 3 nights and only 2 sachets. They advised me they only had decaf. Also would be worth them having maintenance check the units. I had a constant dripping tap on the bathroom

Overall, the experience wasn’t bad. The apartment was unclean and in desperate need for an upgrade. Housekeeping was a bit slack in bringing items up when requested. Reception staff were all lovely to talk to and took our feedback on board.
