This property is listed on Expedia as a 4-star resort, but the actual experience did not align with that rating or price. We were assigned rooms from the higher-priced / higher category, yet they were essentially single-story motel-style rooms or shed-like additions separate from the main property. The rate charged matched a true 4-star hotel and was significantly higher than what the rooms and amenities (none) justified. Check-in felt uncomfortable and unprofessional in a very small room and the overall atmosphere did not feel safe. The room condition was disappointing: dirty entry and bathroom floors, a very dirty balcony with old, flimsy seating, no meaningful amenities, and an extremely uncomfortable bed that caused significant back pain. While the room layout resembles the photos, the quality, upkeep, and setting do not. There were no amenities that are expected in any resort. There is an insure restaurant but that’s not part of the property and has a separate management. Travelers should be cautious and not rely solely on the star rating when booking. I hope the property and listing sites update the rating to match the actual property and its condition.

Location is good the facilities around was not clean.

Room was apparently cleaned however beds were not made, bathrooms not cleaned every day like is supposed to happen - we had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned. Also 4 nights in a row our allocated parking spot was taken.

Room was wery clean and spacious Staff pleasant and helpful. Have stayed before thats why we come back.

I got the last corner room on the second stories outside the foyer gate. Feeling unsecured.

Good location. Sheets and towels were clean, as well as the furniture. However, the walls really need a coat or 3 of paint since they were very dirty. I have to wonder how they could become like that, or when was the last time they were painted. And in fairness, the place seems to be going through some renovations/extensions, but I didn't get one of the nice rooms (my room didn't look like in the booking website pictures).

Clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Got all we need for our small trip.

Lovely staff and very friendly. We needed to access our room earlier than check in and this was facilitated by such a friendly lady in the office. Clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. Motel is in a central position

Our unit had direct access to the carpark and we could park right outside our door.

Shower pressure is awesome, clean room and comfortable bed.

The room was very clean, spacious and had all the utensils and electrical appliances provided. The bed was large and comfortable.

Clean room, fairly quiet location anda good size room

Bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. Overall room was dated. Such a noisy hotel with loud rude guests late into the night. Parking lot was very messy with construction everywhere.

Good size room with microwave kettle toaster and plates. guy on reception very friendly. room was clean but the furnishings are a bit old and it could do with painting. some rooms looked like they were being refurbished. no pool. Well located would stay again. good tv in room and wifi.

Accommodation was fine for an overnight stay. The area is quiet and the room was a good size and had all you needed.

Good, clean rooms. Internet was fast and a short walk to town

Property was very clean. And location was perfect for a young family. With plenty of food options and playground next door.

Clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced, would be very happy to stay again
