The decor and fittings in my 12th floor king room were fresh and delightful. I was envious of the gorgeous styling, tiles and wallpaper. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Very clean. Staff were warm and professional. Amazing array of dining options within 100 metres. Lovely ground floor bar. Great ambiance. An excellent option instead of a city hotel. Will definitely stay ahain.

Beautiful modern rooms. However when we checked in our room was not set up properly. Some of the lights didn’t work, we only had one robe, and had to ask for towels. Just little things that are frustrating when you are away to have a break.

Could not take bond via card. Insisted we walk to ATM to get cash. On check out had to physically check room prior to refunding bond. Check in took 30 minutes. Checkout took 30 minutes. Will not be staying again.

Hotel does not offer guaranteed parking lots of people were driving into the car park and had to just park on the street due to parking being over sold really dissapointed to leave car on the street area around hotel felt very unsafe

Parking was not available at the property as they over booked staff very unhelpful and this hotel is located in a very rough unsafe part of town would suggest not to all around hotel after dark and do not expect to park your car

Evident that the property is recently refurbished so is clean and fresh. Bathroom on the small side and limited facility to hang bath towels for drying. Hotel conveniently close to Eat Street with many restaurants and eateries. Area around hotel chaotic due to Power house museum construction.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful front desk staff especially Donna. Whilst the initial booking was for a superior room, on our request, we were accommodated in a different room which was a lot more quiet. Thank you. Car parking underneath the hotel is charged at $40 per night ( multiple entry).
