Beautiful clean accommodation with heaps of room . Great aircon dark curtains and quiet . Lovely roomy basic but clean kitchen. Alot of effort has beenmade to make this feel youre business is valued

This was a great place. So much history and really friendly people in Burra. Staff were available and helpful. A pleasant stay. Just thinking about who had walked those flagstones before was a treat.

Room really clean and comfortable

Great rooms , loved the way the kept their character, and great location, clean and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. My only reservation was the very slippery slate floor in the shower and in case of a slip there was no nothing to get a hold of. A minor point but if someone was to slip it could be painful.

Kitchen only has microwave, kettle and toaster.

Definitely liked the off street parking. Kitchen waswell equipped and clean. Bathroom floor very slippery when wet, may be a mop use. Very comfortable a d was glad to be back, stayed there many years ago.

Large and comfortable. Easy parking. Close walk to main street for food.

Solid stone walls, very quiet. Full kitchen amenities, cleanliness, overall a fantastic place to stay.

Fantastic old building, beautifully refurbished. Well presented kitchen with cooking essentials. Bathroom is quite small and got quite damp during shower. Very comfortable beds.

Very well renovated. Would have preferred rooms to be serviced daily at least new towels and coffee etc. Cheers

Cottages were fine and quiet, a hand rail in shower would be nice as floor shower tiles slippery. Steps in cottage not really suitable for elderly would have been nice if we were advised that a disability unit was available.

We loved it. Pleasantly surprised at how beautifully appointed and comfortable and cosy the cottages were. We stayed in a 1 bedroom. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we came this way.

Fabulous property in great location. Well equipped for both short and longer stays. Grateful to find a place that accepts single night bookings...only to find I wish I had nooked for longer

If you like heritage or history this sensitive restoration of 1800s miners cottages will appeal. Yes, it is rustic with original doors that do let in some droughts, and there are multiple steps and uneven floors (slate) but it has modern conveniences the original inhabitants would never have dreamed of. The bed was very comfortable but quilt and bed covers very heavy. As it was winter we had the a/c on all night.
