The room. It was missing a lot of amenities and was dirty when I arrived. I had no cups no teaspoons no easy chair no microwave no basin for washing dishes. It was not what was advertised on their website. I was disappointed to say the least

My room was in good condition, looked just like the photos on Expedia and overall is a comfortable and good value accommodation option as a good base to come back to after your sunshine coast adventures. Only real issue I had was not having a cooking vent above the stove, was a bit worried to even cook in the room because of the $1400 callout fee for emergency response. Didn't actually have any problems with it, just be careful and put aircon on full to vent smoke and vapours as best as possible.

At first the air conditioning wasn't working well. We were hot then cold . The TV wouldn't work. They sent someone and fixed them. What was worse they had construction going on the whole time we were there. No notice so we'll never go back.
