Our family of 4 staying for 3 nights in the middle of our driving trip from Sydney to Brisbane. Great location, with steps away from beach. However, we forgot an iPAD during our stay as we suddenly found this out while we are on plane back home. We then called to hotel and up to now 3 days after coming back we still didn't heard back from them. This is a first time I had such a scenario as I am a frequent flyer internationally and having tens of trips per year.

Took too much time to wait for lift! Aircon was stopped for 2 times during our 3-day stay. Some of the reception staff's attitude was not good. Nice view and good location though. Just that the above issues are not acceptable given such a premium price.

很美的海景房，就在海攤對面，泳池桑拿蒸氣室都很好。

海景无敌了！地理位置很好，去哪里吃喝都方便。就是洗澡水太小了，睡觉枕头太高不舒服

地點很棒下樓就是海灘 房間也很漂亮 但是我這次住的樓層不夠高 如果住高一點應該夜景更美

Great location especially for those who likes surfing. However, tidiness needs to be improved.

The hotel room can see the ocean so clear and the location is perfect! They have very welcoming staffs and I can ensure you that this hotel is the best in town! Excellent Features: > Good views in the room > Multiple pools and spa on level 3 > BBQ on level 3 > Unlimited sparkling and minerals water refill on level 2 > 5 minutes walk to everywhere (50 steps to the sea, restaurants all nearby, shopping malls..etc)

位子實在是太棒了 整體環境也非常方便 所有的設施都非常齊全 環境整潔也非常棒 就是櫃檯的服務態度不怎麼樣

Excellent room, facilities, environment, and great location.

Nice View, Nice Apartment Cleaners are very polite and quick But the front desk does not really know how the cleaning do I asked the cleaning to come at 11am but the front desk refused Then they suggested the cleaners could come at 16:30 which I agreed But then the manager of the cleaning dept called me at around 14:30 saying that there would be NO cleaners after 16:00 As a result, the cleaners came at 15:00 while my wife-to-be was doing her make up and hair for our wedding. It is a bit embarrassing and it actually affected the cleaners to clean

五星級飯店,一星級的整潔度, 第一天去 床沒有好好打理 枕頭上 還有髒的東西, 最嘔心的是毛巾 竟然是髒的,有咖啡色的不明髒的東西還帶有大便的味道, 接下來我住了9 天 情況沒有改善, 我相信我再不會光顧這酒店其下的所有飯店

地理環境好 旁邊就是大街 好多餐廳 購物店 房間、 露台很大 看出外面就是大海 還可以看日出 酒店職員都好好笑容 唯一不好就是停車場 短暫住宿的旅客都要泊到最低層 但位置分散 很多車位都留給apartment 住客

In surfer paradise very convenience . facilities and services are good . Recommended
