早上清潔員工禮貌有代改善，地點位置不錯，房間冷氣比較嘈，大床我覺得不太舒適，大堂接代員是為一最滿意。

The room was spacious and the bed is big. The hotel is located next to Rundle Mall which is very convenient for me to go around. Staff is helpful. Overall a great stay!

Good location and helpful staff. The hotel seems not a 5-star hotel which seems a 4-star hotel. Good price for a room on Saturday.

Das Personal war nett, die Zimmer sauber und die Umgebung perfekt um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Alles, was man für einen kurzen Städtetrip braucht. Top!

Great place to stay if you want to shop or Dine close by also the public transport if you don’t want to drive.

I arrived early and the gentleman who greeted me at the entrance could not have been more helpful taking me to the desk to organise my check in whilst I was in a rush- he epitomized customers service which one would expect in a luxury brand but is rarely seen. I was so impress by him that his helpfulness and customer service essentially heightened my experience and was the ball park for my stay. He is the sole reason I will return. A good room can be found in any hotel but you have done well to hire him because he is the reason we will return

Incredibly central and clean! The self parking is a little walk and limited parking out front to unpack. A quality hotel.

Can’t believe I haven’t stayed there before.

Great experience overall. My only gripe was the water pressure in the shower. Staff were excellant.

We didn’t get to explore the restaurants in the area as we did the vineyards. But the SA magazine have some great ideas for cafes/ breakfast. Everything was fairly central and easy to drive to.

Bed was very comfortable and good size room. Balcony did not have any furniture, they should have been a small table with a couple of chairs.
