Located in city Centre, convenient location with tram stop, big shopping mall and superparket bearby. Near china town with lots of restaurants. Friendly staff with positive attitude. However, a lot of items are only available on request such as slippers, toothbrush, towels although we have paid for additional adult to stay in the room. In general, the experience is satisfactory. Convenient if you travel with kids and elderly.

Loved our stay at Pullman city. Staff were super helpful and the location is amazing, if you love to shop. Considering the location the room was still nice and quiet. Would highly recommend this motel.

Location is perfect and the room is very clean and modern. The buttermilk pancakes for the breakfast were delicious.

Location in cbd was very convenient. Dining out was easy especially in the rain.

Staff very helpful

Fantastic staff, very convenient to central Melbourne, walkable to everything. Staff were incredible, particularly Sophie on the front desk and the breakfast staff who went out of their way to make it enjoyable and helpful.

What we liked was it was close to everything, trams, Mall and it was in the city but it was so quiet and out of the way. The streets were busy but you couldn't tell from inside reception. Rooms were spacious and staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend and stay there again in the future.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich geputzt. Das Frühstück war sehr zu empfehlen, da hier diverse Gerichte zubereitet wurden. Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.
