Excellent staff and lication

My stay was good and comfortable. However, I have an international guest traveled with me. He had two small incident which was not expected through a 5 star hotel. It will not be confident for me to bring guest to stay.

Understaffed. Poor service

Great location, rooms were very clean and service was fantastic. As we had an early arrival we were extremely happy to hear our room was ready when we checked in.

Room not ready on arrival, was told to wait 25 minutes and they will call me- didn’t receive the call just came back 1 hour later and staff apologised for not calling. Customer service needs lots to improve to make customer value.

Location, cleanliness, staff, facilities were all sound!

Love the location of this hotel, good to find rooms with 2 queen beds! Love the new refillable water stations. Clean and great service

Bathrooms were so small and the water leaked from shower so it was a very wet floor when you got out and 1 bath mat wasn’t going to do it. Our room never was cleaned and we had to ask a few times. There was major construction with loud drilling at 7am and we were never warned about. Good location and nice gym but no slippers either which is strange as robes were provided.

1. can't even find a way to supply me with a two-leg plug adaptor and did not even try. For large hotel like this, the gentleman at the front desk behave like he never run into such a request before. 2, no slippery provided 3. room phone not working, can't even call front desk for help 4, no cups for bathroom use 5. shower floor is so slippery I skidded to almost fall 6. coffee/hot pot service table have no light, can't even see clearly with the table top being black in color ...... lousy hotel that only serves the profit of the company, not the customers Will not recommend to others.

I had never stayed here before and it was new years eve so pretty hectic in Melbourne that night. THE ROOM WAS GREAT, bed was amazing and i live the pillows, very neat and clean and would definatly stay there again. If i had to puck 2 faults and there not bad ones, no microwave in rooms, i heat up a heatpack at night and couldnt do it. And figuring out the different lights on how to turn off, very minimal and honestly will stay there again.

Room facilities is excellent but their breakfast restaurant is terrible. The restaurant staff needs more training with customer service

Excellent location - central for shopping & dining. Great size rooms - just a bit noisy from street traffic but nothing that would stop sleep. Would definitely stay again.

This was such an amazing spot. When you walk out the front door you are in front of the Bourke Streel Mall stop in the Free Zone tram area. You can get anywhere in Melbourne from here. China town is around the corner and The Mall is right next door by the entrance with the “red carpet” which is where Uber will drop you off. I highly recommend this hotel for its proximity to the tram, the shopping and food.
