The first room we were given was unbearably hot—felt like there was no air conditioning at all. To make matters worse, there was leftover in-room dining food left outside the door, which was really unpleasant. They eventually moved us to another room with better air conditioning, but again, there was food left outside the room. It was disappointing to see the same issue twice.

Trendy business hotel nearby airport. Few minutes walk to Mascot station. Trendy decorated and moderate room space. Recommended.

They won't allow you to cancel the booking even because of the virus.

在这里住了两次，三年前是因为航班取消安排在这里的，当时就觉得很好；所以这次还是选择这里，入住方便，那么多行李由服务人员负责送到房间，还要选择一个合适的摆放位置帮助码放整齐，早餐也很好，可以和厨师提出一些特殊需求（有白粥酱菜），还可以和前台商量因为一些事情得late checkout。自驾的话，门口有代客泊车。

The checkin service is fast and the receptionist is nice. I like their bathing liquid, good smell.

一間優質酒店都具備的元素！方便出入機場，鄰近地鐵站及小商圈。型格又乾淨，員工有禮細心。給予我們一個難忘的回憶！

厕所的设计和房间的功能设计不好使用

我今次是轉機的，另一天要搭早機。附近有食肆，超級市場，大約走10分鐘便可到達，出市區都非常方便

Nice property, comfortable stay , exceptionally BAD food and dining. The food was absolutely atrocious and the best tasting item on the table was the water . For a 7 star hotel the breakfast choices are worse than a roadside budget motel .

The staff were very helpful and the hotel is very convenient for the airport. i would stay again if I needed to. Thanks for making it easy.
