Perfect location for the purpose of my trip

Have stayed there before , will stag again. Convenient location for things I do in Melbourne.

The location on flinders lane was excellent, near many ethnic restaurants and degraves st outdoor dining. Flinders train station is very close. The room needs a refresh but is fine. FYI the two bedroom has two beds open to the living space and 1.5 baths.

Greeted warmly. Needed to drop off our bags early and our room was ready for us. Comfy bed, quiet, great place to stay.

Great value for money. So good to have a small kitchen, dining and lounge area - makes for a relaxed stay. As soon as the front doors close it is quiet, safe and relaxed. Also good to have washing facilities on each floor. A great base in a central location.

Good location, close to local lanes and transport

Good sized apartment in convenient location near trams and trains. Lots of dining options nearby. Older property with some maintenance needed - eg TV not working, leak in bathroom above the sink area, one lift very slow.

Punthill Flinders Lane is an amazing place to stay in Melb CBD, will certainly stay again. It’s so close to everything and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room layout was great, with three separate spaces, giving us our own space from each other. It had everything we needed for six days. My only comment would be that the shower is on the smaller side, tiny actually, but workable, it was ok and it was clean. I did see some reviews that it was noisy, but that wasn’t our experience at all. It was very quiet. It may have been the location of our room, but it was great. We were happy.

Very quiet. Close to LOTS of shops and restaurants

Great location, great price and we got a room upgrade. So central to everything and a short walk from the train station. Definitely stay again!

A great location, clean and comfortable apartment for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed.

Very central, most tourist attractions are within walking distance. Great cafes amd bars on ypur doorstep.

Fantastic location. Large studio but next time will ask for a brighter room. Window was facing a brick wall so no light in room apart from that it was great

A clock in the room would be nice

Great location for a short stay in Melbourne. So close to the main shopping strips and there is an array of food choices immediately outside the doors as well as nearby. It’s a quick walk to the NGV, Federation Square and Flinders Street station. Trams are also close by. The room itself was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. The only downside is that it’s a bit dark as we faced another building and there is a little noise coming from the nearby bars downstairs however it was not noticeable in the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful to our requests. I would recommend this hotel.

Great apartment with friendly, helpful staff, perfect location close to coffee, dining & gelato options and transport.

It was very comfortable, spacious and convenient for eateries and public transport. Staff were friendly and professional.

We have stayed here several times and the property needs a make over now. The table in our room had the edges peeling off. The carpet in the corridor is buckled. Beds are comfortable and we love staying here. Just need a repaint and upgrade in the bathrooms generally.Also the tv does not sit in the cabinet well and can topple off.

Perfect location

It was at a convenient location but got quite noisy at night. The apartment was old and worn down. The floors were squeaky and can hear the plumbing. In general it was kept clean, but one of the toilets had problems flushing
